Recent data from Realtor.com shows that the U.S. median listing price in August was $435,000 which is down $15,000 from the record high of $450,000 in June.
In Pennsylvania, the average price of an existing home was $209,794 in August which is significantly less than July’s record high of $219,154.
In Philadelphia, the average sold home price in August was $280,000 which is slightly higher than the statewide average, but still lower than the national average.
