While parts of southeast Pennsylvania continue to experience high heats, last week several thunderstorms broke a 6 day heat wave. The thunderstorms, to the relief of individuals and families across the region, allowed for cooler temperatures to enter. The cooler temperatures also gave crops across the region the irrigation they needed to continue growing.
Despite the cooler temperatures last week, a heat wave will hit this week, peaking on Thursday at nearly 100 degrees.
